ArtPrompts Generator wants everyone to be able to read our guides and use our prompt generator, regardless of ability or the technology they use. This statement describes our approach to accessibility, the standard we aim for, and how to tell us when we fall short. It was last updated on 1 July 2026.

Our commitment

We are a small independent team, and accessibility is part of how we try to build the site rather than an afterthought. We aim to make our content perceivable, operable, understandable and robust for as wide an audience as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, or other assistive technologies.

The standard we aim for

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA as our reference. This is the standard widely adopted by governments and organisations around the world. We work toward conformance with it, while being honest that as a small team we cannot guarantee every page meets every criterion at all times.

What we do

  • Semantic structure. We use proper headings, lists and landmarks so the page can be navigated logically with assistive technology.
  • Keyboard access. We aim for interactive elements, including the prompt generator, to be usable with a keyboard, and we provide a skip link to the main content.
  • Readable contrast. We aim for text and interface colours to meet AA contrast ratios, and we offer a comfortable reading layout.
  • Text alternatives. We aim to give images meaningful alternative text so their purpose is available to screen-reader users.
  • Responsive, resizable design. The site is built to work across screen sizes and to remain usable when text is enlarged.

Known limitations

We are honest that some areas may not yet fully meet our target. Third-party content such as embedded tools or advertising may not always be fully accessible, and older guides may not meet every current criterion. Where we become aware of a barrier, we prioritise fixing it. We treat accessibility as ongoing work, not a finished box to tick.

Tell us about a barrier

If you hit an accessibility problem on ArtPrompts Generator — something you can’t read, reach, or operate — please tell us. Email hello@artpromptsgenerator.org with a description of the issue, the page it happened on, and the browser or assistive technology you were using. Reports like these are genuinely useful and help us fix things faster. We aim to acknowledge accessibility feedback promptly and to resolve issues as quickly as our small team can.

Ongoing improvement

We review accessibility as we build new pages and update old ones, and we will revise this statement as the site evolves. Our goal is simple: if you want to learn how to write better AI art prompts, nothing about how the site is built should stand in your way.
